1. Booking Policy
1.1 Reservation Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- A valid ID proof is required at check-in (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License)
- Room rates are per night and exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise
- GST applicable as per government regulations
Current Room Rates (Per Night)
- Executive Room: ₹2,699 (Single) / ₹2,999 (Double)
- Premium Room: ₹3,299 (Single) / ₹3,599 (Double)
- Suite: ₹5,999 (Single) / ₹6,499 (Double)
- VVIP Suite: ₹6,499 (Single) / ₹6,999 (Double)
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
2.1 Cancellation by Guest
- More than 48 hours before check-in: Full refund minus processing charges
- 24-48 hours before check-in: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund
- No-show: Full retention charge applies
3. Check-in & Check-out Policy
Standard Timings
Check-in: 12:00 PM (Noon)
Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability
- Additional charges may apply for early check-in or late check-out
- 24-hour check-in facility available
4. House Rules
4.1 Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas
- Designated smoking areas are available
- A cleaning fee of ₹5,000 will be charged for smoking in rooms
4.2 Visitors Policy
- Visitors are allowed in lobby areas only
- Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms
- Overnight visitors must be registered and additional charges apply
4.3 Pets Policy
- Pets are not allowed on the premises
- Service animals are permitted with prior notification
5. Banquet & Event Policy
- 50% advance payment required to confirm booking
- Cancellation 30+ days before: 75% refund
- Cancellation 15-30 days before: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 15 days: No refund
